The guestrooms at Hotel J Residence Pattaya - Sha Extra Plus are incredibly cozy and comfortable, providing a perfect environment for a good night's sleep. The rooms are well-equipped with amenities like complimentary tea and coffee, fluffy towels, and even slippers, making you feel right at home. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and well taken care of, thanks to the 24-hour room service and the in-room safe. The free WiFi was also a big plus, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. I especially loved the seating area in some rooms, where I could relax and unwind after a busy day of exploring.

Personally, I found the shower/tub combination in the private bathroom a bit inconvenient. However, I understand that others might still find enjoyment in it, as it is a matter of personal preference.

I recently visited a hotel which had an amazing pool, perfect for a relaxing afternoon swim. The restaurant on site offered great food and was reasonably priced. the hotel's location was fantastic, with a short walk to multiple shops and a grocery store.

The unclean rooms were a major downside. Despite having fresh towels daily, housekeeping did not clean the room effectively, leading to a lot of dust and grime.

My recent stay at J Residence Pattaya , Sha Extra Plus was truly exceptional. the room was spacious and immaculately clean. the staff members were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist me. the highlight was definitely the stunning pool, perfect for swimming and relaxing. I was also pleasantly surprised by the fast and reliable Wifi connection. the convenience of a 7, 11 store next to the hotel and the quick 5, minute drive to the beach were added bonuses. everything about my stay was perfect. Cons: Nothing bad to say. 🙌.

Front desk staff Nui and her colleague are amazing and go above and beyond. Facilities are jaw-dropping, beds are super comfy, and room service is great. Bathtubs are luxurious and showers are top-notch. Wi-Fi is great overall. Location is fantastic, close to shopping centers. this hotel is mind-blowing. Staff are phenomenal and provide 5-star service. Highly recommended.

This hotel boasts a prime location within walking distance to major shopping centers and bus stops to take you back to the city. Rooms are quite spacious and clean, with fast Wi-Fi and a nice salt water pool. the 7-11 next door is quite convenient and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The noise level in the hallways can be disruptive at night, which may not be ideal for light sleepers.
